to have a bad day
to feel sad and down
and want to cry and frown
It is ok
to have a good day
to be happy and bright
from morning until night
It is ok
to have a mixed day
to have mixed moods and feelings
just to get through your dealings
It is ok
to live every day
from January to December
you are important remember
It is ok
whatever the day
be kind to yourself
and look after your mental health
It will be ok
