The strength I need to be-<\/p>\n
Strong and believe in myself<\/p>\n
To have good positive mental health<\/p>\n
To be happy and joyful within<\/p>\n
To live a life with out any sin<\/p>\n
But sometimes he can be forgotten<\/p>\n
When I\u2019ve hit rock bottom<\/p>\n
My life has had its ups and downs<\/p>\n
But with good mental health-<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve turned my life around<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve travelled though depths of hell<\/p>\n
I wonder if you can even tell<\/p>\n
Because theses days my mental health is stable<\/p>\n
And now I\u2019m able- to stand up tall<\/p>\n
What was once big is now small<\/p>\n
No matter what life brings me now<\/p>\n
I can face it some how<\/p>\n
No bad voices harming me<\/p>\n
Living life without worry<\/p>\n
Quite happy and freely<\/p>\n
With good mental health-<\/p>\n
