East London NHS Foundation Trust provides community and mental health services to City of London and the London Boroughs of Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets residents, Psychological Therapy Services in Richmond and a range of specialist services to a wider area.<\/p>\n

We operate from 49 community and inpatient sites and employ approximately 3700 staff.<\/p>\n

We were one of the first trusts to provide Improved Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) as a Department of Health pilot site, to pilot \u2018Telehealth\u2019 technology to monitor and support people with long term health conditions and a trailblazer in the early diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer\u2019s Disease.<\/p>\n

The Trust is linked with the University of London, City University and South Bank University and is strongly involved in health-related research, training and education.<\/p>\n
